POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Regarding my previous and current orders, I reported to customer service that each time I did not receive a complete order which was supposed to be the metal car air freshner. I instead only received the refresher refill without the metal casing and was charged for the full amount of metal casing and freshner. Matter was never corrected nor I was ever reimbursed or credited for the error. Im now canceling future renewal orders for poor customer service
