Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of GentScents LLC (“Drift”) and Lions Gate Entertainment Inc. (“Lionsgate”), as well as their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins on December 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

How to Enter:

To enter:

1. Create a John Wick–inspired transformation video (“Entry”) that aligns with the theme #WickMode.
   

• Entries must not depict a moving vehicle, ignition starts, unsafe actions, or any illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior.
  

2. Post your video to TikTok or Instagram during the Giveaway Period.
   

3. Tag @driftgoods in both the content and the caption.
   

4. Use both campaign hashtags: #WickMode and #JohnWickxDrift.
   

By posting your video with the required tags and hashtags, you will automatically be entered for a chance to win. Limit one entry per person per platform.

Prizes:

• A total of 10 winners will be selected — 5 from Instagram and 5 from TikTok.

• Each winner will receive a John Wick Wood Car Freshener + Metal Visor Clip (“John Wick Starter Kit”).

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $14.95 USD per prize.

• Total ARV for all prizes: $149.50 USD.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes permitted, except at Drift’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification:

One winner will be randomly selected each week throughout December 2025, from all eligible entries received to date during the Giveaway Period. A total of 10 winners (5 from Instagram and 5 from TikTok) will be selected by the end of the promotion.

Winners will be notified via direct message from the official @driftgoods account on the platform where they entered. To claim their prize, winners must respond within 48 hours, verify ownership of the winning account, confirm eligibility (including being 18+), and provide a valid mailing address for prize fulfillment. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By entering, participants:

• Grant Drift and Lionsgate a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name, likeness, and submitted content across Drift’s and Lionsgate’s digital, social, and promotional channels, without additional compensation.
  

• Agree that their entries must not contain any material that is obscene, defamatory, disparaging, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by Drift in its sole discretion. Drift reserves the right to disqualify any such entry.
  

• Release, indemnify, and hold harmless Drift, Lionsgate, Instagram, TikTok, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
